Dinah aims to help clients live a life of health, purpose, fulfilment and balance. In order to reach your goals, we offer specific tools and techniques that will support you on your journey to greater wellbeing.
PRIVATE 121 COACHING
During your 121 coaching sessions, you will be invited to use tools and techniques, as appropriate and mutually agreed. These will support the ambitions you have for yourself and will often be used in the subsequent session.
During this 2 day intensive programme you will be learning to use tools and techniques that will support improved focus, clarity, health, energy and balance.
8 WEEK MINDFULNESS COURSE
During this 8 week course, you will be given the recordings and exercises that support your journey towards an improved sense of calm and clarity.
